Story
CD aka. Cameron Dankwa is a UK-based engineer and producer who specialises in urban and commercial music. His passion for music began early, during his time in primary and high school, where he was actively involved in various musical activities. This early interest continued through his education, leading him to explore beat-making, particularly in genres like rap, hip hop, RnB, pop and Afro swing.

During his first year at university, CD started learning engineering. The COVID-19 pandemic, which disrupted normal life, provided him with a unique opportunity to dive deeper into his newfound interest. He began experimenting with beats on Logic and FL Studio, drawing significant influence from iconic producers like Dr. Dre and Timbaland. As he delved further into the world of music production, CD became particularly fascinated by the creative process of mixing songs.

With more time on his hands during the pandemic, CD dedicated himself to studying music mixing. He spent countless hours watching tutorials and practicing by mixing tracks using his friend's vocals. This period of intensive practice paid off when he released his debut track, "Da Interlude," in collaboration with BabyBell. The song was a testament to CD's evolving skills in mixing and production.

As he continued to hone his craft, CD used the summer of 2020 to expand his reach, offering his services to a broader audience within his university. This expansion allowed him to network with more artists, leading to new opportunities to collaborate with other musicians and groups across the UK.

In the summer of 2022, CD launched No Pressure a platform designed to share his creative ideas with a wider, international audience. Through No Pressure, he has worked with artists in France, Italy, Ghana, Spain and has plans to expand to Spain.

Today, CD holds the position of label executive for both No Pressure Entertainment and Grind and Ghost Records, where he continues to push the boundaries of urban and commercial music production.
